Please reach us at kathy@willowcounselinggroup.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.
Willow Counseling primarily offers individual therapy for ages 11 and up.
Sessions are available for in person or telehealth.
A session typically lasts for 53 minutes, although session length may vary depending on your specific needs and preferences.
Taking the first step for therapy might feel stressful. That first session and the expectation of sharing your life and personal experiences with a complete stranger can just feel weird. During your first session, the goal is for us to get to know each other. We will explore your reason for initiating therapy, discuss your needs, and identify your expectations. I will also ask questions about your overall health, physical and mental. You will also have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the counseling process.
Yes. You can see a list of in-network insurances here.
The self pay session rate is $150.00. Sliding scale is available upon request.
You can choose to pay for your sessions at a self pay rate.
If you would like to seek reimbursement from your out of network insurance company, I can provide you with a superbill. You will need to coordinate with your insruance company regarding reimbursement rates and policies. If you would like a superbill, please reach out to me.
I wish to serve everyone that calls for therapy. If I’ve scheduled a session with you, that means I’ve said no to someone else.
If you do not show up to your appointment, you will be charged a $100 fee. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, you will be charged a $100 fee. If you have a family emergency or illness and are unable to make it to your session, please let me know as soon as possible.
